To reach someone for help about domestic violence call the number 1-800-799-7233 or text BEGIN to 88788. Being in an abusive relationship can be so hard and it can be so hard to leave but if you are in danger or need help please reach out. If it is life threatening please call 911.

If you are in the middle of a drug or alcohol addiction and need assistance please call 1-844-289-0879 for assistance. They are available 24/7. 

For spirituality as long as you are not religious I highly recommend looking on YouTube, Gaia TV, or leeharrisenergy.com in order to get a good feel for some spiritual content. Gaia TV is 13 a month and has everything you could possibly imagine for topics. It’s so informative. Lee Harris is also very informative and his portal is 12 dollars a month. These have helped me so much in my spiritual growth. I also recommend getting kindle because they have free books on all kinds of topics related to many things as does audible and nook. If you are more religious I recommend going on YouTube to the Bible project and there is a lot of information on that as well.
